A local warden the other week, the conversation went like this:

Warden - Got a car on ground at back of **** street, one wheel over yellow line, been there for 2 hours. Can I ticket it?
Base - Do you mean the land at the back of the ******* building?
Warden - Yes, and I'm sure I saw him here the other day too, Flashy blue BMW, think they can park where they like!
Base - No you can't
Warden - Why not? Its on a yellow
Base - Its private parking you idiot!
