There are some new CB related petitions at http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/ (search with the appropriate keywords such as Citizens' Band, CB Radio and SSB etc.) but I don't think there's much point to them now as ...

    There aren't enough concerned Citizens' Band users to meet the criteria of number of signatories
    Legalisation of SSB and AM on CEPT in the UK is likely to go ahead later this year anyway
    It's not going to happen any quicker by lobbying Number 10
